JoLissa has always known that she wanted to help people. While volunteering in underserved communities in Washington, DC, she saw first-hand how run-ins with the law can ruin someone's life. That experience made her sure that this was the way to serve others and make their lives better. In her years as an attorney, she has proudly helped hundreds of people navigate the criminal justice system. JoLissa is passionate about fighting for her clients and changing the current status quo. She founded Jones White Legal, PLLC to create a law firm that was focused on the total impact of a criminal case. There is so much more to it than the defendant's alleged conduct; families are affected, lives are changed. JoLissa recognizes that nobody plans to be fighting charges and when people come to her, they're often experiencing one of the worst things that has ever happened to them. She is committed to offering compassionate, empathetic, and competent representation for her clients and their families. There is no fight too big!
